Returns & Refund Policy
I make every effort to ensure that your beautiful glass reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the piece within 30 days for store credit. Alternatively you may exchange the piece.
Occasionally accidents happen however, so if your order arrives damaged in any way please send me a photograph of the parcel and damage to the item, and I will look after it for you.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised pieces, or specially commissioned pieces.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at aoifeacorn@gmail.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please send me an email to aoifeacorn@gmail.com with proof of the damage to the item and photographs of the packaging. Send your item to: Aoife Burke, 16 Ardmore Lane, Ardmore, Bettystown, Co Meath, A92A020, Ireland. I will cover the postage costs for the replacement of defective or damaged pieces.
If you have changed your mind about a piece and wish to exchange it for another, you are very welcome to, however, you will need to ensure the original piece is returned to me undamaged, and cover the postage of the piece you would like to exchange it for.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit note to the gift giver/original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your purchase, you should mail it to: Aoife Burke, 16 Ardmore Lane, Ardmore, Bettystown, Co Meath, A92A020, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, it will be for the cost of the item only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
